Gnome Stained Glass Patterns

Gnome stained glass patterns that work all year: summer gnomes for the garden, fairy gnomes for a shelf, and Santa gnomes for December. The pointed hat and the beard stay the same, the props around them change with the season.

Summer and garden gnomes

The summer gnome set is the second best seller here and the one people make for a garden window or as a gift for someone who does not do Christmas. The fairy gnome set leans more towards fantasy, with a lighter build and smaller pieces.

Christmas gnomes

In December the same figure turns up in a red hat. The Santa gnome is the best seller of the whole collection, with the festive Christmas gnome and the gnomes in a sleigh following the same idea. If you want the full Santa rather than a gnome in a Santa hat, that is a separate collection — see Stained Glass Santa Patterns.

Where a gnome goes

Gnomes are small, so they suit a kitchen window, a plant pot or a hanging ornament rather than a large panel. The gnome’s mushroom house is the exception: it is a 3D build and works as a night light on its own.

Gifts and garden decor

Gnomes sell well as gifts because they do not have to fit a holiday: a garden gnome made in June and given in July does not look out of place. That is the main difference from the Christmas collections, which only sell in a two-month window.
